Research suggests that by age four, 90% of the child’s brain is developed, laying the foundation for learning success. Starting at birth, a child’s brain develops in response to what happens around them.
LISD Young Children Services provides a variety of Programs and Services for children birth through five years old. Our staff will work with your child, your family, community preschools and child care providers to support and encourage your child’s development in the area of language and communication, motor skills and social-emotional growth.
