The Staff Resources Office serves the entire staff of the Lenawee Intermediate School District. Staff Resources recruits, hires, and assigns staff throughout the District. They also administer LISD personnel policies and procedures. Staff Resources also assists in the development of job descriptions, job analysis, and classification along with coordinating a system for staff appraisal. Other activities include administration and promotion of the Staff Recognition and Wellness Programs throughout the District.

Some of the activities coordinated for staff each year include: Staff Recognition Reception, Staff of the Month Award, New Staff Dinner, and the Employee Assistance Program.
